Kat Davids (DJ / LIVE)
Berlin-based DJ & producer Kat Davids' selections are inspired by the depth of Detroit, body-high dub house, deep house, and dub techno. Whether holding a tight atmosphere in a club or letting loose at festivals, she always strives to let people lose themselves in a musical journey for the night.
With an intimate space that feels raw and honest, Kat’s music is characterized by her own vocals, field recordings, playful percussion, and driving basslines.
Kat’s releases include “Dust” on Intercept, the single “Caldera” on Tresor Records, and a collaborative track with Cecilia Tosh on the Nachtdigital vinyl LP. In spring 2026, she released her debut vinyl EP, featuring remixes by Mr. G and Ben Kaczor.
She has played at renowned institutions such as Berghain, Tresor, Watergate, Revier Südost, ELSE Club, and Weltspiele Hannover, and has toured across Latin America and South Africa. Since her live set debut at Berghain / Säule in 2024, she has continued to appear live at festivals including Nachtdigital and launched a collab live project ‘Davids & Tosh’ in 2024.
Since November 2022, Kat has hosted a regular show on Berlin’s well-established THF Radio, featuring over 60 guests ranging from emerging talents to established legends. In the summer of 2022, she also founded the FLINTA* collective V.A. Femme*, a platform dedicated to mutual support and musical exchange within the community.
